Shipping & Handling
We will do our best to ship all in-stock items within 48-hours of your order being confirmed. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2pm EST will begin processing same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. If for some reason there is a delay, we will contact you. To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been placed.
Please note: Do to the high volume of orders, some items may be sold out by the time we receive your order. We will do our best to fulfill your order, issue a refund or store credit for any item(s) that are out of stock.
Shipping costs vary depending on weight, size, and destination. Make sure your shipping address is correct before finishing your order. Errors will cause the package to be shipped to the wrong location and give you an invalid shipping quote. You will receive an email confirmation providing tracking information once your item(s) has been shipped. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
